House of Louie

Nice ceiling, but that's about it. I liked it for the few bites while I was hungry, but then it was just disgusting. Bill found it bland, but edible. We didn't bother taking home the leftovers.

Some recommendations for Chinese dining....head out to SE 82nd! Personal favorites include:

Chinese Delicacy near SE 82nd and Duke.
Expensive - but worth it. Excellent fresh pot stickers.

Legin near SE 82nd and Division.
Menu has several hundred selections. Best place to sample new, unusual dishes.

Ah Fong Kitchen near SE 82nd and Stark.
Cheap Chinese diner with full menu. My take-out spot. Dinner and plenty of leftovers for $25

I was raised on 82nd street Chinese. I don't know that it's a whole lot better than someplace like Mandarin Cove, so the trip is excessive.

I do remember the place with the jukeboxes on the table--what was the name of that joint?
